Melbourne Fashion Week Student Designer Exhibition

A selection of students from RMIT University, RMIT Tafe and Kangan Batman University were invited to show their work as part of the New Designer show for Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, held at 1000 Pound Bend. Moth designed and co-curated the exhibition, providing framework for students to display their works and guidance throughout the planning stages for the exhibition, students were able to focus on their chosen themes within their works rather than presenting a fully resolved body of work. Moth designed a series of thin frames to create a sense of uniformity within the space. A series of hand constructed curtains made from a diverse range of materials were hung within the exhibition to de lineate the space.
